Leg cramps
Hey girls does anyone suffer from leg cramps?
I live in a town home so I got up and down stairs frequently it's only like 15 steps but my right leg calve is hurting bad to where at times I feel like my leg might give out on me. I try stretching but it still feels sore.
Any suggestions? Heating pad or icy hot work on the leg?

I get very bad leg cramps at night when I haven't drank enough water during the day. Are you staying hydrated?
If its only one leg, it could be a blood clot. Is that leg swelling? If yes, go to e.r.
