How many centimeters do u have to be dialted for the dr to write u out of work?? I am so ready to be off
I took maternity leave at 37 weeks because I was in so much pain & was getting horrible cramps! I was also 2cm so I'd rather be comfortable in my own home vs 30 min away at work in case anything happened. I'm almost 39 weeks now!
K thanks! Next friday was going to be my last day but it may be sooner
I am not sure how your employer works but I was able to start my maternity leave as soon as I wanted. I started 2 weeks before I even went into labor or dilated.
