Low PAPP-A??

I just got the results back from my first trimester screening.  Everything looked good except for my PAPP-A protein. She said it is low. May cause low birth weight so they will have to monitor me more closely. Of course I Googled it. Big no no!! Now I am freaked out. Anyone else have issues with this??
