I do because I had the gastric bypass surgery and so I'm considered high risk..
Its nice to hear the heartbeat though so Its no bother..
Its just to help monitor the baby

I get an NST once a week. It's more to monitor me and my contractions than it is for baby. I also get an ultrasound once a month.

I have nst once a week due to GD. I personally enjoyed listening to my babys heatbeat and not only feeling him kick but hearing it as well :)

I have NST and US every week because the baby has a heart arrhythmia.  It's not very exciting, but it's just to get a better idea of baby's health until he's here :) 6 more weeks until delivery!

I have to start 2x/week NSTs at 32 weeks as well as weekly growth ultrasounds. I am 28 weeks now with GD and went into labor at 34 weeks with my last preg (delivered at 36.5 wks).

No you shouldn't be worried. Nst monitoring is made track your contractions as well as babies heart rate and activity. It is completely safe. Me personally, i have to do NST monitoring twice daily and ultrasound 1 per week but i guess that's because I'm on hospital bed rest
