Natural ways to induce labor?

Currently 35 weeks with twins but my stomach measures 42 weeks. For two days I was in labor with the worst contractions ever I was in the hospital and they checked my cervix 3 times- and not dilated,  only soft. My body thinks I'm 42 weeks so it's trying to get me to go into labor and is giving me painful contractions every day..and my doc won't give me medicine and wants to do a c-section at 37 weeks. I can't take the pain anymore, especially not for two more weeks, any way to induce my labor naturally.?

I have to agree with camerinj. Just because you are measuring bigger, doesn't mean they are developed enough to be born- even if they are weighing at 5 lbs. Believe it or not those last one or two weeks helps their internal organs grow, esp their lungs. I'm sure waiting is tough but it really helps them be healthy in the outside world.  It won't be much longer. I world maybe call and update your doc about coughing up the bloody mucus.

If you are only 35 weeks you do not want to induce labor. Your baby would be considered a premie and can have health problems from not fully developing before being delivered. That is why your doctor wants you to wait 2 weeks.

I'll be 36 weeks in 2 days and yeah it would but they're genuinely healthy and weigh about 5 pounds each. I don't want to be in pain and when I turn 37 weeks my mother and sister is going out of town :/.  I was told past 35 weeks they wouldn't try and stop my contractions they would do a c-section. Instead they gave me 3 different of medicine which is making me cough up bloody mucus and it didn't get rid of the contractions..

I'm pregnant with twins, too! the reason your body is measuring 42 weeks is because there are two in there, not because they are 42 weeks developed. I know you don't want to hear this, but to increase the chance of being able to take both children home with you you really need to wait until at least 36 weeks. believe me, I sympathize. I'm larger now at 24 weeks than I was at nine months with either of my first two on top of dislocated hips and sciatica. but I don't feel I can in good conscience tell you now is a good time to induce. I don't know you, but I'm sure it would break your heart if they had to stay in nicu so I really urge you to take it easy and try to keep them in another week

Nipple stimulation, sex, the pressure point is in between you thumb and index fingure just just massage it in circular motiion., bounceing on a birthing ball. My friend boiled water and cinnamon sticks and would drink that with all 5 of her kids and that work every time.

Sex Sex Sex and lots of it. Walking, Stair Climbing. Get ur water to break, and your golden. Have you tried the tub or birthing ball, to help with pain?

I've heard there are certain pressure point in your feet and breast that will induce labor.
