You can go to Walmart or any pharmacy and get the gummies. They are so much better then that nasty pill that they give you that smells really bad. I got the gummies and they are really good and shouldn't make you feel like that. I really recremend them

Take them at night just before your head hits the pillow with a glass of warm milk, it works!!

Yeah, I used to get sick when I would take them. So I started taking them at night. Definitely cleared that problem up.

I called my doctor and told her that my prenatal vitamins were making me vomit. She allowed me to. Seek other vitamins. I now take gummy vitamins. I take two a day. They have a good taste and I don't throw them up. In 17 weeks. Ask your doctor or midwife how you feel, they will work with you.

This NEVER happened to me with my 2 previous pregnancys (boys) now it has happened with this pregnancy and I just found out I'm having a girl (yay), so maybe that's the reason! Or stop taking them for like 48 hours in see how your body does! Have you tried taking it with applesauce?

Oh yea I'm not sure but I also get very dizzy and lite headed with or without prenatals and I'm 20weeks. My doctor told me to just drink as much water as I can! But that doesn't help
