Need advice

I am supposed to return back to work next week but the lady from hr just told me if I am not able to properly restrain my clients the way I'm supposed to then I can't come back..I'm almost 9 weeks pregnant with twins and have been out du3 to hypermesis. ..idk wat to do I'm afraid that something may happen to me if I did have to restrain someone even though it's not always guaranteed that something may happen. .should I just go on unemployment until I can find an easier job or try and keep this job...I. really wouldn't want anything to happen to my babies..please help

I wouldn't leave I would go into work with your doctors not stating you can't do restraints.  They can easily put you with people with less behavior problems and your co workers can help when needed. If they try to not let you work after you give them the note you can get them into trouble.

The company should have some bend. If you can't due your job to full capacity they should modify your job. Even if it means office duties. Check your local employment standards.

Yea they're not being very helpful and considering I was already having issues with them before I left I think this is their way of getting me out..I asked my Dr and he said I was ok to go back but no restraints and that means I basically won't b able to go back...then if I just tell them I'm going to be able to do the take downs it will be just my luck that I get put with the most behavioral clients. .and instead of trying to help the hr lady is plain out saying if I can't properly do the restraints then I can't come back. .I'm carrying twins and the hr lady knows that

I deff think they should work with you depending on how long you have worked there don't quite go on extensive leave n as long as your doctor told you it was okay you will be fine your job sounds like mines I was high risk in the begining n also had to take some time off but don't worry so much ya body will protect your baby if you feel the need Togo on leave than Bby first job second but if not I'd stick it out
