Need expierenced advice

So i am 23 weeks and just had an appointment and they said my baby girl weighed 1 pound 3 ounces and the ultrasound tech said that was average weight but low..so now im worried my baby girl will weigh under 5 pounds and wont get to come home after birth or if she might be born early :/ so is there anything i can do to help my baby gain weight?

I'm almost 6 weeks and it has been an emotional rollercoaster when do these mood swings end also is their anything natural I can take to help these moods?

It is also an estimate. Doctors can be off by a pretty big amount when guessing weight. They thought one of my nephews would be almost 11 when born and he was just over 9.

Yeah it's way too early to stress about weight by a few oz. It's only an estimate anyway. Baby still has plenty of time to grow.

She still has plenty of time to grow and gain more weight. Don't be negative.  I'm sure she's gunna be beautiful and healthy. :) just eat healthy and drink plenty.

Just keep eating as you have. My daughter weighed 2lbs 4oz at 27 weeks being delivered. Every Dr appt she was below weight average. If she/he is healthy that's all that matters. Stop stressing...which could be another problem

If your Dr was concerned they would have told you. I am 25 weeks and my baby is about 1lb 8oz. It doesn't mean you're baby will have a low birth weight or be born prematurely.
