New mom...mastitis?
Anyone ever had this? The doc has called in some antibiotics. My temp is out of control just hit 102.4 and I NEVER get fevers. Any advice? I can barely feed him I'm so weak. My husband is spinning around doing all the diapering and burping and calming. While taking care of me. This is aweful. My son Is just a week old.
antibiotics and pumping out ur milk every 2 hours will help, after 2 days of doing that i felt so much better goodluck
I would contact a LA leche league leader. I had one come to my house for free after second baby was born. They are so helpful and nice! You can find one near you on their website.
It stinks. There is a great breastfeeding group on here that can help. The antibiotics will help. Try putting raw cabbage leaves on your breast as well. That will help the pain. Stay hydrated as well.
