Anyone have any suggestions on taking ensure while pregnant? I'm just into my second trimester and starting to get my appetite back but I want to take ensure to help with the weight loss and get more calcium for this baby! ;)

I took ensure during my last pregnancy and I gained more weight than I was supposed to... I found out that they give ensure to cancer patients to actually gain weight so I don't know if you would want to do that if you're trying to maintain a healthy weight
