Loss of Appetite

I've been handling this baby pretty well I've thought, it's my 3rd, until today. My nausea has been much more tolerable than my other 2 but the last couple of days my cravings have stopped and i haven't really wanted much to eat. Today it hit me hard. Knowing i NEED to eat doesnt help because I've been feeling full and nit-pick my meals TRYING to eat. Any tips? Watching the food channel hasn't worked either...

It may sound gross, but an old German lady told me years ago to try this when nauseous, or just for a snack. Toast am English muffin, lightly butter it, spread cottage cheese on it, then drizzle a little orange marmalade. You get your carbs, protein, and a little sweetness. It worked for all of my pregnancies when nothing else would.

I have had very similar issues.  The dietitian I meet with suggested that I try eating something immediately after waking up even if I'm not hungry at all......even if its just a piece of toast. She said this could help and it honestly has. Hope it helps you too.
