Pregnant & Dehydrated

I'm 6 wks pregnant & was just recently diagnosed with being dehydrated. I was given fluids & sent on my way. I don't know how I was even dehydrated when all I was drinking prior to that was water (probably 100 plus oz a day). The problem I have now is morning sickness has kicked in (just nauseous) & water turns my stomach
I can't drink it but I am so thirsty. Any suggestions?

Gatorade has electrolytes that help against dehydration.
Tea has caffeine, so i'm not sure how good that is.
Try juices

Try adding like mio or crystal lite to the water, or get some flavored water.

Or cut juice with water. You don't want all the extra sugars from the fruit juice

Ya any fluid you can get will be helpful. Tea sparkling water even maybe water with lemon in it or any kind of citrus might help.

Maybe try some juice??? Or I wonder if something like Gatorade would be ok. Or maybe add some flavoring to the water? Or milk with ice cubes in it?? Not sure, just some ideas.
