Question ASAP

Hi mamas I'm 25weeks pregrant been cramping all day is it bad for the baby to keep really low does that mean that my cervix is opening or what ?

Nah dome babies are just low. It is uncomfortable. Belts help in that circumstance. Are you drinking enough water? Not enough will cause cramps. Also low electrolytes will cause cramps. (You can try bananas, pickle juice, sports drinks to raise electrolytes.) Also overexerting yourself physically can cause some cramps. Try rest and hydration. Tell doc at your next visit but its probably no concern.

I'm not too sure, I'm 26 weeks and my baby is low and I have to do everything slow sometimes because he's like down there and it's very uncomfortable,  but my family told me to get a pregnancy belt that helps with carrying low and makes it more comfortable.  I know I g wet cramps here n there because he's low idk I would inform my doc when I go back.
