Breastfeeding ????

I was told that its better to have you're baby breastfeed right off your breast than to use a pump. I am looking into getting a breast pump to help me out and I think it would be easy to measure the amount of milk my baby is getting. That was until someone told me that pumps where not as healthy for your babies and cuts down on nutrition ??? I don't what to thick

I gotcha. Just seemed as if you were debating between the two :)
Pumping is better then formula. Not as easy but more beneficial for sure :)
You gotta work momma do what works for your lifestyle :)

I tried breastfeeding with my first. After 7 days of tears and stress (me) and a very stressed and hungry daughter..  due to fact she wouldn't/couldn't latch on. My boobs were ready to burst they were so full and i got mastitus!... I thought i would just start pumping it as i could at least get it out of me and into her. But After a week of pumping
I dried up! So just watch... You might dry up if you solely pump and don't have him/her feed direct as well.
Im not even attempting to breast feed this time round... Its too stressful and tiring!

Yes I understand that but i would like to go back to work after so pumping would be a whole lot better for me.

When you microwave it it does kill sum of the nutrients.
Microwaving plastics is not healthy.
I recommend glass bottles.
I never used a bottle or pump personally. And breastfed 6 months with my first.
Only two months with my second because she had a stomach condition.
Plan on it with my third as well.

Many think it is easier to pump but its in fact the opposite.
It is convenient. You have it ready at all times. And its always the right temperature :)

It depends on how you warm it and store it it can kill some of the nutrients. I never pumped i did bottle and breast for only 3 months with one child i have 2 and am going to breastfeed. with this one hopefully for longer but i also plan on pumping. I know your not supposed to microwave bottle for burn reason, maybe talk to a nurse they could give you better reasoning. Good luck!!!
