Severe Congestion
Any tips on what is safe to take for severe nasal congestion. I haven't eaten solids for 2 days and my head feels like it's going to explode. I've done the saline, steamed, warm compress, Vicks, gargling with salt & drinking honey, lemon and lots of water with echinae.
I was about to same the exact thing as the previous poster. Definitely try a neti pot. :) They're kind of gross, but give instant, natural relief.
Have u tried a neti pot? It works wonders For me. If not, get one and see If It helps. Take a long hot shower to loosen everything up and Then use The neti pot as soon as u get out. Whenever I have bad nasal congestion That's what I do. It really helps.
