Ur skin must have moisture all the time. Tissue oil, stretch mark creams, vaseline petrolium jelly depending on your affordability
I have been told extra virgin olive oil is one of the best you can use!
It's really up to your skin, nothing to do with creams I know plenty of people who used creams religiously and still got stretch marks and people who haven't. If your skin is use to stretching out a bit (ie if u have ever put on a few kilos then lost it again fine) your less likely to get any as your skin has stretch. I'm 38 weeks no stretch marks started my pregnancy at 63 kilos have put on 17 so far but nothing but the year before I got pregnant I had gotten large and lost the weight through healthy eating and my skin now has a natural elasticity.
Almond oil is great! I had a few strech marks before I got pregnant on my inner thighs and I used almond oil and they started to fade away. Now I don't have them anymore!I use it twice a day and I have no stretch marks on my tummy at all!
Just so you know, dry skin and stretch marks do not go hand in hand. And scratching will not give you stretch marks. They have to do with the elasticity of your skin, and how fast you grow. Sad to say, if you got stretch marks as a teen, you will probably get them while pregnant. And as you age and your skin loses its elasticity, you will be more prone to them.
I've been using an organic coconut oil , and I heard the African Shea cocoa butter ( I think that's what its called lol ) works just as good as anything else
I use baby oil. Im 32 weeks and still no stretch marks. The oil helps moisture your tummy and go in the pores.
