My doctor says sushi and sashimi is fine in moderation. (Of course I have also Googled like crazy)  You just have to make sure you aren't chosing fish high in mercury I usually stick w salmon. So no need to stick w the fully cooked. Just make sure you're getting it from a clean reputable place. :)  Fun fact: Sushi is actually considered part of a healthy prenatal diet in Japan.

I just had sushi last weekend, nomnom tempora shrimp and avacado. If it's cooked and from a decent restaurant it's all good.

As long as it's fully cooked, and the fish isn't high in mercury. And, of course, if the fish is fresh and from a good source. In the beginning of my pregnancy, I craved sushi A LOT, just unfortunately everything that I craved was the raw fish (which I obviously didn't eat) and Kani & soy sauce. Just be careful what you get :)

As long as it's cooked it's fine, and as long as your not choosing a fish that's not recommended during pregnancy and it's from a good source. The veggie ones are fine as well. I ate a ton of veggie sushi and seaweed salad at the beginning of this pregnancy.
