The right fish and its very very good for the baby
Yes the safe fish are the fallowing
Tilapia
Flounder
Shrimp
Calamari
I know this because I already confirmed with my doc and he actually said you should have a serving once a week because the nutrients from this fish helps the baby as well .
You should ask your doctor but I think its safe. My doctor told me to stay away from larger ocean dwelling fish like tuna and shark. I know for a fact that salmon is okay and most restaurants serve it.
