i wake up everyday at 3 in the morning because my boyfriend has to go to work but I stay awake for about 2 hours before I can fall back to sleep sometimes 4 , any tips of falling asleep fast?
My boyfriend wakes up at 3 also & I'm awake for at least 2 sometimes 3 hrs after he leaves. sometimes I get up & drink a small glass of milk & have alittle snack that seems to make me sleep faster.
Good luck! Its like our daughter is on his schedule. She sleeps all afternoon && night wakes at 12,2, && 4 when her dad is getting off. Then they play until 6am && I have class at 8.
