Could it be twins?

Hi, I'm 10 weeks along with my 3rd child and, although I understand every pregnancy is different, this one has been the worst. Everything is coming on faster, I'm always excessive in my weight gain each week, I'm always sick,  tired, have bad headaches, and even get dizzy, which I never experienced with the other two. My other pregnancies I was barely sick at all. I guess it would also be helpful to know that twins run on my mom and dad's side of the family, and on my husband's mother's side.

Oh wow. You learn something new every day. So you don't have testing for down syndrome or anything either? Theres no ultrasound until youre far enough to know the sex? By now, with my other two, I had 2 ultrasounds already. I also instantly know when I'm pregnant and usually go to the ER after a positive test, which I didn't do this time around. I guess I can consider myself lucky now. I would be so much more nervous if I had to wait that long lol.

At my prenatal appointment last week I was told I'd be contacted within the week to schedule but have heard nothing. I'm going to call tomorrow to see what the hold up is.

They truly are. With my son I had a perfect pregnancy. Didn't even throw up. A little heartburn at the end and gained 58 pounds so I was a little uncomfortable, but a relatively good pregnancy. With my daughter I was sick the first couple months, but not too bad and I still had energy. I only gained 24 pounds with her and she wasn't as active or heavy lol. With this pregnancy, every time I think I'm feeling better I'm sick again and I have a lot of headaches and back pain. I can't shake the feeling that there's more than one in there. If not, I feel like it will be a boy... a big one lol. Even though it doesn't add up with the other pregnancies. I'm going crazy with anxiety waiting for my ultrasound!
