What should I do?
I am currently 8 weeks pregnant with my second one.. These last 2-3 days I've been having unbearable cramps that last hours, nothing can take the pain away. I wake up in the middle of the nights with the same pain. Never happened with my first one. I do not have my first appt till December 4th.. What should I do? My cramps are VERY VERY bad.

Have you talked to your Doctor? I would call them. And I would seriously think about stopping in to the ER or at least calling the hospital to see what they could suggest.
That's not normal get to the hospital....
