false labor? 23 weeks pregnant ftm

I know there's another word for this other than false labor but not sure Wats it called my question is wat I'm feeling is it just my body preparing for the real deal already? My vagina hole hurts like a lot of pressure down there my stomach feels like lil cramps under neath my belly button goes away and comes again and my stomach tightens for a sec I feel my baby move he's fine just realms uncomfortable when I'm trying to sleep right now lol heart burn and all..any thoughts.. How long til they stop or til I won't get them anymore

yes , braxton hicks can go on & off all throughout your pregnancy . false labor is the worse . i'm thirty five weeks & i get it thinking oh yea its time .. nope just kidding . but it can be very painful , drink lots of water it kinda helps with the cramps .

Braxton Hicks. I've been getting it from as early as 15 weeks and I'm now 21 weeks pregnant. It is so painful but least it's your body getting ready. Mine lasted about 5/8 mins and that was the longest it went on with me. And anybody correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that they continue to happen until we give birth.
