How long can you freeze your breast milk for?
Ok here it is. I got this from my lactation lady:
5 hours at room temp.
5 days in the refrigerator.
5 months in free s error section of refrigerator.
12 months in deep freezer.

12 months in deep freezer.
I read an article on pinterest where if you have a deep freezer then up to six months I think the regular freezers are two to three months
