I'm super constipated. My bf is out with our son at the store. I just called him and asked to pick me up some enemas and hejust laughed and asked if i was serious....uhhh yeah. I can't poop. Ugh!!!!

You can use a enema if you really need to!!! I was like that for five days and the nurse in labor and delivery said it was okay!!!

My bf would never do that for me either! He doesnt even like to be with me when i buy (in the past) tampons!  Im not the only one who uses these lol

Everything I've read and been told is that enemas aren't recommended to use while pregnant. This may sound gross, but you can help move things along by using your fingers in your vagina. The vagina and rectum are against each other and you can help move things along that way. I was on pain medication after having surgery (pain meds are notorious for causing constipation) and doing that is the only thing that brought me relief.
