17 weeks pregnant, help

So the hospital nurse i talked to over the phone didn't help me at all.
For a few days I've had a headache off and on, diarrhea off and on, cramps and back ache.
No pain serious enough to where i feel like i should go to hospital, but is it normal?
No bleeding or anything like that...

Your blood volume is increasing s you need a lot more water or you'll get headaches and you do need extra water to replace what you've lost from diarrhea. You'll also have muscle issues from dehydration . I'd say hydrate, lie on your left side for a couple of hours and keep an eye on what happens. Tylenol is also safe.

Its normal for me at least, i called the nurse a couple of times because i had been experiencing the same thing, also stomach cramps bad but the nurse told me im fine and its normal unless i start bleeding or there is no breaks between the pain
