I've ate it throughout my pregnancy. Even with my first baby I put Chile on everything & I've never had heart burn or high blood pressure, they say it makes your baby hairy though lmao

At angry 1022 yes of course lol I have never had hypertension but I am aware of the causes I am a nurse :) but man oh man is it good.. I actually had a patient that was the same age as me 23.. who had just had her baby and she was at my hospital because she had a stroke couldnt move one whole side of her body.. that sas very hard for me.. to be her nurse not used to seeing my age with those health issues.
