Try making smoothies and add Peanut butter or almond butter for protein. EX: 1 tbsp pranut butter, 1 cup vanilla soy milk, 1 cup OJ, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 cup strawberry, 1 banana.
I'd try to do some shakes. Get a protein shake like Vega and blend in fruit and vegetables. At least you can try to drink it down quickly. I understand where you're coming from! Protein is really important so be sure to add the powder and vary your fruit.
