need suggestions baby sunny side up!
Have been having quite alot of back pain and found that baby is back to back with me. Its very painful and sleeping is non existent. How can i help turn her. Got a scan next week to check things. Im 33 weeks. Thanks ladies

im 28 wks and my midwife told me the same thing. she suggested spending some times standing while leaning forward and resting your arms on the bed/couch/table. i think spending some Time in childs pose from yoga would also have the same affect. good luck!
