back pain

Does anyone know what could help with terribly bad back pain? I've tried everything literally. Warm baths, showers, heating & cold pads, back massages, laying certain ways & nothing seems to help. Any suggestions?

Get an exercise ball. I've been having lower back pain my whole pregnancy. I also have risidual back pain from an old car accident. Sitting on the ball helps stretch out those hard to reach muscles. I do it for 20 minutes a day and have some much needed relief.  Of course you should also ask your doctor if this is ok for you.

My pain is my entire back. The pain starts in the front, all on my ribs, under my breasts & goes into my back. And I have tried everything, not sure I'd I should call a doctor or if it'd anything serious. Plus I'm 24 weeks.

I have the use problem right now. Except mines all lower body starting from my back all the way down to my feet. Try laying with a heating pad on your back or belly. Its seeming to work a Lil bit for me.. Hope this helps.
