benefit help please

I currently get employment and support allowance (ESA; £114 every 2 weeks) and I have read that you can't claim this after 32 weeks of pregnancy and it will swap to income support? This is the first I have here'd of this, I am now 35 weeks and still claim ESA can anyone advise?

I know that you CAN claim income support from 29 weeks pregnant instead of say job seekers..but the amount you are on is higher than income support so you would lose out..im sure they would write to you if you couldnt claim it anymore.there may be info in the .gov.uk website if you google it

I rang the ESA when I was a few months pregnant and they told me that I wouldn't have to change benefit. Maybe you should ring them and ask just to make sure.
