I was six weeks pregnant when I had spotting. I had pink discharge for a while (a few days straight & then on & off for two weeks). Also, i had bright red for a day or so, & deep red for a few days. I went to the ER worried death it was a miscarriage but they ran some tests & Did a pelvic exam & said
everything was fine! They told me that some
bleeding in the beginning was normal in many
woman but to always get seen about if so. The first
thing they asked me is if I was having any pain with the spotting. I was having some random cramplike
Pain in the beginning as well. I had the ER physician
& my gyno both tell me some bleeding in the beginning of pregnancy is normal but I am no doctor so I would definitely go to the ER to get looked at. What they can do is check your cervix to see if it is closed bc if it is opening, they say it could be a sign of your body possibly trying to miscarry. Don't be afraid to go to the ER anytime u have bleeding bc it's better to go & ease your mind. God bless & best wishes.

What shot did they give your friend?  When you are in your first trimester there's nothing that can be done to stop a miscarriage so I'm not sure what type of shot you are talking about roxana

Pink spotting can be associated with a miscarriage but it's most likely from having sex your cervix is very sensitive and filled with blood that bleeding or spotting is not uncommon after sex as long as it doesn't last long and is accompanied by pain you should be fine but if you are very worried about it it doesn't hurt to go get checked out :)
