breast tenderness & headaches
FTM I'm 6 weeks and get tha worst headaches every day for about 3 weeks now. My breast are so sore but only gets worse when I wake up. Any suggestions on how to ease either of these?
Lots of water
I get terrible migraines. It starts in my neck and goes up the back of my head. What seems to help me is a memory foam pillow.
