Yes you can absolutely dilate after having a csection, there are plenty of woman who have a vaginal birth after csection. Every pregnancy and labor is different, you can't base this one on your last.

No. This is not true at all. My sister had a c-section with wher first Child and had a vaginal with her second child with no problem. I had a c-section with my first, and I'm currently pregnant and my doctor said it Is absolutely possible for a vaginal birth this time around. that is something your doctor should have talked to you about a while ago.

No, that's not true. My first child was delivered via c-section and I dilated with my second one.

Hi,
I have dilated on my own with my 2nd.It depends is what my doctor says with each pregnancy. However they want to avoid that as you will have csections from now on, thats why they deliver the baby a week before your due date. Im 22weeks with my 3rd and have a scheduled csection. I had an emergency one wih my 1st after 22 hours of labor and only dilated to 3, she wrapped the cord. Hope this helps.
