Hey lady's I'm 30 weeks n I can't sleep what can I take..

My ob told me benedryl was safe but don't take it every night...she recommended children's benedryl and I had got some there cherry flavor and chewable they so work but to be safe just take one before bed
I know Tylenol is safe to take and there is a Tylenol PM that may help but i would strongly advise you ask your OB first before taking anything suggested
