cheesecake

Hi can i have cheesecake when pregnant I've tried looking online some say yes some say no

Agree with above, so long as it's not made with raw eggs or unpasteurised cheese it's perfectly fine. You'll find most if not all shop bought cheesecakes (particularly supermarkets) do contain pasteurised ingredients because they have a longer shelf life. It's more homemade you need to be wary of. Though having said that I love to make my own cheesecakes and I bake them so the raw eggs gets cooked. I love cheesecake! Enjoy!! :)

If it has raw eggs or made with soft unpasteurized cheese then no. Other then that it's totally fine since most cheesecake is made with like ricotta or cream  cheese.

Yes u can have cheesecake. i eat it and did with my first kid too. Ive never heard u cant
