child support?
Once my baby is born I want to apply for food stamps. However I do not want them to go after my babies father for child support. We have our own agreements and get along very well. Is there a way to ensure they wont go after him for it?
They don't go after baby daddy for food stamps unless you are receiving cash from the state. They will give you food stamps no matter what but they won't give you cash unless they can get it back from baby daddy
I don't think they go after bd for foodstamps but I would think to by pass it you can't list him as father anywhere and when you fill out fs app put father as unknown. Should work but hopefully the agreement he made with you stick.
