Anyone have any tips on how to sleep with congestions or home remedy tips? On day two of it and don't have any sudafed or mucinex :(
Lack of sleep is what caused it I'm sure, so not getting any because of it isn't helping.

If it's serious elderberry syrup helps. Mostly for cold though.
A humidifier would also do you wonders.
Warm tea with lemons :) and strepsils if u have any vicks rub on your chest and nose should help...hope u feel bettr :)
