too normal?

Ok so I was pregnant and unfortunately had a miscarriage in June at 17 weeks. Great news is that we found out I was pregnant and now I'm 6 weeks. The thing is that this pregnancy feels to nomas like I'm have no symptoms just nausea but my last pregnancy I had headaches really bad backaches and bleeding at least once a week! So should I b worried that I feel great this time around? ?
