am I over reacting?

My husbands mother keeps buying everything for the baby even multiples and toddler stuff and the baby isnt here yet the stuff she buys is used which doesnt bother me on some things but most the stuff she buys is nasty and I refuse to use it  not only that I think she is buying two of everything thinking that shes going to keep the baby sometimes which is a big hell no because she has 5 small hyper dogs that can be vicuous and idk even how many cats some come inside and out and they urinate in the house and poop. and four rabbits and a reptile . Its no place for a baby and my husband thinks its perfectly fine that the baby could stay their and I refuse it because in my eyes now my baby will come before anyone else. Am I over reacting tht I dont want her buying anything else or the baby staying their??

Well from the stories she tells me about her with her babies I dont trust her even holding the baby it really has become a problem with my husband cause I say no and he says yes and he thinks if he stays ttheir with them that itll be okay and he knowns nothing about a baby so idk what else to do cause if it comes down to my childs safety and loseing him ill choose my baby and he knows that

Def not over reacting! Me and my bd arent together and i refuse to let mt baby go with him to stay when baby comes lol its just a mother thing , at least until baby gets bigger. The mom should understand! Shes had babies before! Thats way to many animals anyways

This child is your number one if you don't feel secure with your child going there then i don't think you are in the wrong at all. He will always defend his mom but this it's your child too so i don't blame you off you don't want them in an usanitary house.
