When I was about 8 weeks prego I also felt something flutter in my stomach bfre I even new I was pregnant... I remember it Cleary how it felt... I'm sure not the baby but maybe something inside that twitched? From the growing fetus.    Idk but it may be gas it may be something else.

My aunt felt her second at about 10 weeks, which I thought was a little too early, but everyone is different. Maybe you are a couple weeks further along than you thought.

If your placenta is on the back and baby front you still wouldn't feel much until week 12-14 or so.

Too soon for sure. The baby is only the size of a cranberry at this stage. Just have to have patience.
