Any of you ladies been 36 weeks and not dialate yet??? Doctor said I'm effaced but not dialate. .. is this I sign that baby will be overdue???

Oo ok thanks you guys ;) just wondering if it was an indication of when I will deliver. .. cause I'm so ready already! ! Was hoping to go into labour 37-38 weeks I've been in so much pain I don't know how much more I can take :p

I don't dilate until I am in labor. My water broke both times before I was even dilated to 1 fingertip!

With my first I never dialeted and with my second currently 38 weeks I am 1.5 cm. Everyone is different.

Not at all. Everyone's body is different. I was a 1 on a Friday and by Saturday, had my baby. Lol
