So I'm 36 weeks almost 37 weeks and I'm having contractions on a regular basis meaning all day about 10-15 apart and lasting any where to 30 to 45 seconds but they aren't strong enough yet to be considered active labor my question is how can these contractions to get stronger ?
Stay active. Don't exhaust yourself, but try to keep yourself moving even when you are doing household things. Sit on a yoga ball when watching tv or eating or breaks while cooking etc. Good luck :)
