ftm question, how does it feel when your dilating?

Since last night i have been having sharp pains in my woman part they come and go but are very sharp. Now im having a burning sensation and feels weird and still the sharp pains at times. What could this be? Is it me dilating? Or how does it feel when you dilate? Im sorry im a ftm so i freak out. I doubt is an infection because i just finished a medication for that on new years eve and havent even had sex since then. Im 35 weeks pregnant and just worried. Anybody know?

I don't think you can feel it when you dilate, but sometimes the baby sits on different nerves down there and it can cause pain. And also your pelvis opening up will cause pain too.

My doctor told me the sharp pains are normal. Its your pelvis getting wider to help your body give birth.
