It might for the first little but but it'll get better.
I haven't found that it hurts at all as long as baby is latched on correctly. The only thing is if your boobs are too full. This happened to me when my milk first came in but baby's stomach was too little to need much milk to fill it. After a couple days that wasn't an issue.
Pumping too early causes issues. LLL recommends waiting to pump until your suppy has stabilized (6-8 weeks PP). Pumping doe not hurt when everything is set up correctly, but it may take some trial and error to find your 'sweet spot'. Nursing can hurt when a larch or position isn't working well. It shouldn't hurt. You may need to use some cream on your nipples, please look into the ingredients. Many of them are not good for baby.
I breast fed twice it doesn't hurt at all at first a Lil because baby has to latch on.
Not really the first days it will but it will hurt moré if u don't pump milk out con time
If you don't have baby latched on right or pumped positioned right, then it'll hurt. That's one of the ways you know if you're doing it correctly. Breastfeeding can also hurt if your nipples are cracked. You can put lanolin on them to prevent and relieve cracking.
