dull ache in lower abdomen

I'm 13 weeks and it feels like my insides are pulling apart. Anyone else having this problem?

See mine feels like a dull ache as well but gets crampy. Not painful just annoying!

Honestly my nurse practitioner said it's normal to have cramping and aches in your pelvic groin area. I've been having the same I'm 14+5. Ask yours though.
