I keep having really vivid and erotic dreams about this guy i slept with causally on and off for a few years. It's been a long time since we've hooked up but i feel really guilty about dreaming about him because he's the one i cheated with on my first husband so i can't help but think maybe there's some significance? But wow, these dreams make me blush

Lol I can relate! Well to the erotic dreams part. My hubby n I can't have sex bc I'm taking meds & so its off limits. We talk about it and it feels good to know we both feel the same way. He's so kind about it too. That really helps. So I will often dream about sex. And omg! Lol Dreams are so vivid they seems so real. But that's all they are - Just dreams.

I wish i could relate lol..all my pregnacys i had mostly zombie dreams haha be lucky for the sex dreams

It's normal to dream during pregnancy. I had sex dreams at beginning of pregnancy, then changed to baby's gender, or about my husband. Just depends. Don't read too much to it, it's just dreams.
