extreme heartburn

Anyone else have extreme heartburn?  Mine is painful and sharp.  It doesn't matter what I'm eating whether it's cereal or salsa.  I wake up with it and I can chug the Maalox and it barely puts a dent in the pain. Help! 29 weeks.

My Dr recommended club soda.  Tastes horrible but instantly helps.  Especially in the middle of the night

Apple cider vinegar (one tablespoon), add honey to taste and add about 4-6 oz water. Slam it =) it helps immediately. It's disgusting, but it helps. Make sure it's an all natural Apple cider vinegar that is pure.

I do too. I bolt straight up from my sleep because of the acid coming up and it just hurts so bad! I just chew tums, it usually helps. It only gets worse the further along I get.
