Try to keep yourself busy! My boyfriend and I have been so rocky lately and I would get super emotional and wasn't able to control my emotions, then I realized that our bodies release a chemical that's dangerous to the baby when we are upset. SoI just sit back and chill lol. Everything will work itself out just give it time to.
Try to calm down. My hubby and I get into huge fights from time to time. Now we just walk away from each other for a couple of hours. Then we always apologize to each other afterwards. Maybe y'all just need some space for a little bit. Couples are supposed to fight every now and then. I'm sure he feels like **** right now. (If not, then he's an ***!) But try to calm down. Drink some milk and watch a movie or read to get your mind off the fight. I hope you feel better real soon.
