feeling alone...

So I am currently living with my parents and my older sister recently had to move in as well due to her husband being detained for possible deportation. He is currently in the process of applying for bail which my sister estimates would be around $10,000. I am pregnant with my first and have become so stressed due to bills and payments of my own. My parents and sister have made assumptions that I would help pay for his bail but I don't think that would be ok for me. I have tried my hardest to save money for my baby ad well add other necessities and it had stressed me out even more. My family is mad at me because I tried to explain to them that I have other priorities and cannot help. Am I wrong for not helping? My mother suggested that I move out because they are upset with me...

That is bull! Absolutely ridiculous. Are any of them helping YOU?! I think your baby, their grandchild is a hell of a lot more important then this *******. Hes grown, he knew what he was doing and he screwed up. If they want to pay for his bail, more power to them, I think THEY are wrog for choosing to help him and not you. Screw that. You are not wrong by any means, they are!

You are not wrong for not helping, that isn't your husband and he isn't your responsibility.  You do need to save for your baby and pay your own bills. If anything you should contribute to household expenses but bailing someone out isn't part of that nor is it your responsibility like i said before.  They need to understand that.

Um no. Thats not your husband. Take care of yourself and stay strong, you gotta protect you and baby, it's hard enough being exhausted let alone paying for something that won't benefit you or baby.
