first ultrasound no heart beat.

I had my first ultrasound yesterday. I was measured at 7 weeks and 5 days but they didn't see/hear a heart beat. Is this a really bad sign?

Your normally suppose to see a flicker in the screen of the baby's heart around 6/7 weeks.... I think abdominally and vaginaly... Maybe your not as far along as they think?

Babies heartbeat is normally strong enough to be scene with a vaginal ultrasound at 6 weeks 3 days. Did they just do an abdominal ultrasound? I saw both of my babies heartbeats at 6 weeks.

I had 3 miscarriages and the first two there were at 7 weeks no heartbeat. They informed me I miscarried and I later passed both. They should be able to see a flicker of the heart beat at your stage at least. I hope everything is okay for you but from my experience, it wasn't a good sign.

It might be, you will have to wait and see. I could see a heartbeat at 7w 2d very clearly on the screen, but I have heard that sometimes they cant. I hope that everything turns out ok.

No its not a bad sign, baby is still too small, on a regular ultrasound you cannot see it, only on a vaginal ultrasound you can barley hear it though
